Some Ford vehicle owners warned to park outside due to fire risk

Owners of 2021 Ford Expeditions and Lincoln Navigators are advised to park outside and away from structures due to the risk of fire.

Wind advisory issued ahead of tomorrow’s wind and rain event

A winter weather advisory has also been issued due to snow expected above 4,000 feet.

Strong winds and rain expected Wednesday across Whatcom County, snow in the mountains

Temperatures across the County are expected to drop into the 30s early Friday as well.

Whatcom County’s suicide rate increased in 2021 along with the number of accidental deaths

The Medical Examiner’s office assumed jurisdiction in over 168 death investigations in 2021 compared with 140 in 2020.
