First off, We would like to thank the citizens of Ferndale and North Bellingham. This year we had overwhelming support for our Annual Santa Run Food Drive. After delivering food to the Ferndale Food Bank our total ended up being 6,631 Lbs, almost 1,600 more lbs than the first 2 years. Seeing all the smiling faces and excitement was heartwarming. Due to overwhelming support and donations we were unable to get to all the neighborhoods. We would like to apologize to the residents that we were unable to get to within our time frame. With respect to other neighbors we do not go past 8 pm with the sirens in the neighborhoods. With the addition of Ferndale Police, we were able to add a third crew into the neighborhoods, but still were unable to see everyone. Next year, we will be changing the format to allow for more time in the neighborhoods.
Special Thanks to:

Thank You for your continued support

Many cheers to WCFD #7. For their dedication to the citizens of the district. Not just providing fire and EMS services, but all the other events all year long. My pats on the back to all the career and volunteers who put in the time and effort to make this years food drive a big success
