9:10am One person is reported to be seriously injured after being trapped in their car as the result of a single-vehicle accident on southbound I-5 at the Portal Way off ramp.
9:30am The off ramp has been closed and traffic reduced to one lane on southbound I-5. Traffic is backed up about one mile. Expect delays.
9:55am Aid units have left the scene with the victim. WSDOT and WSP are now dealing with removing the vehicle and light pole.
