Last summer there was a water shortage and we build more buildings, so more people move into Ferndale.
We can’t get in and out of Ferndale because of traffic. A promise of the Thornton Street [overpass] is in the future. I think you better figure out traffic situations before letting more construction in. On Malloy Rd with 200+ homes being built, this brings 400 more cars to this area. Now with development on Vista, lets add some more cars.
Ferndale we need to build the Thornton overpass, before doing any more development.
