EVERSON, Wash. — First responders were dispatched to Lawrence Road north of the intersection of E Hoff Road today, July 13th, about 2:15pm due to a report of a car versus pole crash that brought the pole and lines down onto the road.
Initial reports from the scene are that this was a minor injury incident and at least the northbound lane of the road was blocked.
Downed lines were determined not to be power but communication lines.
As of 3:30pm, it appeared the lane would remain blocked until 5:30pm or later. Drivers are advised to expect delays.
Update: The road reopened to all traffic at 6:40pm according to the WSP.
