BLAINE, Wash. — Blaine Police issued a statement this evening, April 7th, asking the public for any information regarding a body discovered earlier today on Semiahmoo Spit.
At about 1:30 PM, Blaine Officers responded to report of an apparent dead person in the Whatcom County Park on the Semiahmoo Spit. Officers were soon joined by Deputies with the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office.
This is an ongoing investigation being jointly conducted by the Blaine Police Department and the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office. There is no threat to the public. We have no further details to release at this time.
