First responders were dispatched to the intersection of Olson Road and Mountain View Road this morning at 7:50am due to a report of a high-speed t-bone crash.
Upon arriving they found a Jeep Cherokee and Ford Fusion had collided. The Jeep had substantial front-end damage and the Ford had substantial right side damage.
Whatcom County Fire District 7 (WCFD7) personnel transported 1 person from each vehicle to PeaceHealth St Josephs Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries according to WCFD7 Fire Chief Larry Hoffman.
A third vehicle, a passenger van, sustained minor front-end damage as a result of the crash. No one in the van required treatment Hoffman said.
The Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
