Several Ferndale businesses will be open Saturday specifically for the Ferndale Downtown Trick or Treat event from 3pm to 5pm. Families are invited to “trick or treat” at participating businesses. Main Street from 1st Avenue to 3rd Avenue will be closed during this time (traffic will be detoured via Alder Street). This event is put on by the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce.
Immediately following the Downtown Trick or Treat is the first ever Haunt the Park at Pioneer Park from 5pm to 7pm. Families are invited to visit the cabins, each with a different theme providing a mix of treats and activities. This event is put on by the Ferndale Heritage Society in partnership with the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce.
Both events are free.
The weather forecast is for rain and wind Saturday and participants are advised to dress accordingly.
