Today’s morning commute – weather – events. Right here in Ferndale.
7:45am: Good morning. Temperatures are in the low 50s around Ferndale with a breeze from the south. There was a bit of rain between 5am and 6am already this morning but forecasters say not to expect much more today or over the next several days. Daily high temperatures are also expected to crawl into the 70-degree range beginning tomorrow and continue for the next several days.
TRAFFIC
The closure of Washington Street to through traffic continues (at least until September). The official detour is via Vista Drive and 3rd Avenue.
I-5 roadwork between Ferndale and Blaine is not scheduled to resume until Sunday night.
