Forecasters: except Whatcom County lowlands, snow expected across western Washington

WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — Forecasters with the Seattle office of the National Weather Service issued an updated snow forecast for western Washington this evening, Tuesday, February 21st.

In short, little to no snow is expected in western Whatcom County lowlands. This is contrary to the forecast for the remainder of western Washington, where at least minor accumulations of snow are expected across Wednesday. Error, group does not exist! Check your syntax! (ID: 11)

More than an inch of new snow accumulation is expected in the higher elevations of eastern Whatcom County.
