BELLINGHAM, Wash. — First responders were dispatched about 1:30am this morning, July 11th, to the 4400 block of Meridian Street due to a report of a commercial structure fire.
The same address was the scene of a fire that destroyed much of the building on December 29th. In addition to the business, Pho & Bubble Tea, a residence was part of the building.
According to radio transmissions from the scene, flames were visible from all sides of the building when firefighters arrived.
Firefighters remained onsite for nearly 3 hours according to the PulsePoint fire/EMS dispatch log reporting service.
A sign posted at the site since the first fire states, “We are rebuilding! Come back when we reopen.”
Officials with the Bellingham Fire Department were not immediately available to provide details shout the incident.
