Fire destroys Custer garage on Creasey Road

CUSTER, Wash. — First responders were dispatched to the 3100 block of Creasey Road Monday, April 18th, about 10:20am due to a report of a structure fire.

Approximate location of fire

North Whatcom Fire & Rescue Division Chief Shaun Ward said a garage had caught fire and was a total loss, including many items that had been stored inside.

No people or pets were injured. No one was displaced by the fire.

The Whatcom County Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating.

    Nobody displaced? I lived in a trailer behind this garage now unlivable side is melted all my clothes and my bed is unbearable to smell, have to sleep in my broke down car, can anybody help? 2066572867
