Folks from the Ferndale Heritage Society are now available Tuesdays through Sundays at the Pioneer Park cabins to provide tours until September 15th.
History is easy to relive while you and your out-of-town friends walk through the fully equipped pioneer cabins while the wonderful Ferndale Heritage Society hosts in period clothes explain life a century ago.
Narrated tours are provided from May 15 to September 15, Tuesday through Sunday from 11:30am to 4:30pm. It is recommended to allow 1.5 to 2 hours for a walking tour but some end up enjoying the tour for upwards of 4 hours.
