Ferndale resident, Anya Milton, was recently hired as the Ferndale Chamber of Commerce’s program director.
Milton was formerly with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Whatcom County.
Milton is no stranger to the Chamber having served as a Chamber Board member for years, most recently as board president. She resigned her board seat when she took the staff position. Board vice-president Sarah Koehler has since taken over as president, a position she has held before.
According to an email from the Ferndale Chamber, “Anya comes to the Chamber with a wealth of knowledge in the nonprofit world and we are excited about the addition to our team. She will be working with our members in respect to all Chamber programs.”
