The National Weather Service in Seattle has issued a High Wind
Warning which will be in effect from 4pm this afternoon, Monday, December 17th, to 1am tomorrow. This will be the 5th wind event over the past 8 days.
Forecasters say to expect southeast winds to increase throughout the day reaching becoming sustained at 25 to 40mph with gusts to 60mph.
The High Wind Warning has been issued for Ferndale, Bellingham, Sandy Point, Anacortes and Friday Harbor.
