FERNDALE, Wash. — Personnel with Whatcom County Fire District 7 will be out on Main Street this morning, Monday, January 10th, removing the decorative Christmas lights and will need to block a lane to do that.

WCFD7 Division Chief Ben Boyko said they expect to get underway about 9:30am and the work is expected to take about an hour.

Flaggers will be in place to alternate traffic through the open lane.

Motorists are advised to use alternate routes or plan for delays.
