Paving at the sites of two recently upgraded Ferndale sewer pump stations will require impacting traffic tomorrow, Friday, May 12th.
This work will occur at two separate locations and times (see map below).
From 7am to 3pm, work will be happening at the pump station located at the east end of the Pioneer Bridge (Nooksack River).
From 11am to 5pm, work will be happening at the pump station located on Barrett Road, south of Main Street.
Ferndale City staff say to expect delays as traffic will be periodically reduced to a single lane to allow trucks and equipment to leave and enter the roadway from the work sites.
Drivers are encouraged to use alternate routes through these areas during these times.
