Everson-Goshen Road closure rescheduled

WHATCOM COUNTY, Wash. — Whatcom County Public Works has rescheduled a planned closure of Everson-Goshen Road. The roadway is scheduled to be closed from Monday, April 6, 2026, through Friday, April 10, 2026.

The closure will occur daily between 8am and about 4pm. The project site is located approximately 0.5 miles north of E Smith Road.

According to Whatcom County Public Works, the closure applies to all traffic, including emergency vehicles and school buses. The work is being conducted to address erosion and protect the roadway. The schedule is weather-dependent and subject to change.
