Hope you have had the opportunity to get out today. It’s beautiful out there! A little taste of spring just to tease us.
One intrepid soul, Andy Wiser of Bellingham, took advantage of the great weather to set out onto the Nooksack River on a paddle board.
Even with the strong current, he was able to make way to the middle of the river just below the Main Street bridge. Setting in the eddy created by the bridge support is where we found Andy in the beginning of the video below. He had already been on the river for a while by that point. We see him heading back to the boat ramp at the end of the video.
