BELLINGHAM/FERNDALE, Wash. — Whatcom Educational Credit Union (WECU) will be hosting 2 free “shred day” events for both WECU members and the public.
- Friday, April 14th, from 10am to 12pm at the WECU Community Resource Center located at 1600 Birchwood Avenue in Bellingham
- Saturday, April 15th, from 9am to 12pm at the WECU Ferndale Branch located at 5659 Barrett Road in Ferndale
Attendees may bring up to 2 file-sized boxes or grocery bags of sensitive documents to shred but are asked not to bring junk mail, material with metal clips, wet or bulky/bound items.
