The Ferndale Cost Cutter store is closing after 28 years in Ferndale. Reports are that there is the possibility that a Grocery Outlet grocery store could go into some or all of the space the Cost Cutter store would be vacating.
In a news release, The Markets said it is working with the union to determine options for the roughly 30 employees. Final closure of the store will be sometime in early 2015.
