It was June 6th when Comcast Business Voice Services customers were dealt an outage. It was widespread, impacting areas from the east coast to the west coast and, for some, it impacts stretched across 2 days.
Today, company officials are saying a similar outage has reoccurred again today, Friday, June 29th.
We’re currently experiencing a nationwide service interruption. We are working to have this resolved as quickly as possible.

No information has been made available regarding what caused the outage and when the service might be up and working again. Both residential and business customers appear to be impacted.
Reports of impacted services include internet and/or voice along with email. Calls to impacted voice customers are greeted with a “number disconnected” message or something similar.

One of Comcast’s large backbone network partners had a fiber cut that we believe is also impacting other providers. It is currently affecting our business and residential internet, video and voice customers. We apologize & are working to get services restored as soon as possible
