The Ferndale Chamber of Commerce has arranged for trainers from the Disney Institute of Florida to provide their 1-day “Business Excellence” workshop at the Pioneer Pavilion Community Center on March 8th from 8am to 4pm.
According to event materials provided by the Chamber, Disney Institute professionals will present the company’s approach to sustained success through five core topics:
- leadership
- quality service
- brand loyalty
- culture
- innovation
These lessons are expected to “forge an enduring bond between inspired leaders, motivated employees, satisfied customers and an ability to continually grow the brand.”
The workshop is open to everyone. Ferndale Chamber members qualify for a discount.
