Gusts up to 45 mph are expected.
Initial cleanup work is underway.
Many other roads remain closed across the county.
Governor Bob Ferguson issued a statement.
Geotechnical engineers are expected to return Saturday morning.
"Roughly 2-3000 cubic yards of material is blocking the road."
