Whatcom County Public Works reported their trucks/sanders are out clearing and treating roadways.

Whatcom Emergency Management officials said they were not informed about the floodwaters "not receding per normal operations" until Thursday.

A vehicle was reported disabled in the flooded section of the road while the gates were being closed.
