- City of Ferndale City Clerk Susan Duncan was recently awarded the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) by the International Institute of Municipal Clerks, Inc. (IIMC). This designation is granted to municipal clerks who complete education requirements and have a record of significant contributions to their local government, their community and state.
