BELLINGHAM, Wash. — Bellingham Police Department are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Marye L Ketelhut, age 67, who has been reportedly missing since Wednesday, January 25th, and last seen downtown Thursday.
Update May 12, 2023: Bellingham Police said today, “Marye has been found and is safe.”
She reportedly does not know her way around Bellingham and has no phone nor car. She has been diagnosed with dementia.
Marye checked herself into a hotel on Wednesday, but checked out on Thursday and was then seen near the Lighthouse Mission Basecamp in downtown Bellingham on Thursday but did not stay there.
Ketelhut is described as white, 5-foot 5-inches tall, weighing 125 pounds with black hair, hazel eyes, and last seen wearing a pink, quilted coat.
Anyone with information about her location or who has seen her are asked to call 911.
