After being rescheduled once already, today was to be the first day of the trial of Donna Brown. Brown is accused of taking money from the Ferndale branch of Key Bank where she worked. But her trial has been rescheduled.
The new trial date is November 28th, 2016.
Earlier this month, Whatcom County Prosecutor Erik Sigmar filed documents with the court accusing Brown of theft in the first degree. Brown has since pled not guilty.
