3 Vehicle Accident Reported at 2nd and Main

1:07pm Initial report heard on from police dispatch.

1:15pm Vehicles are off to the side, not blocking.

1:25pm According to witnesses, vehicle #1 rear-ended vehicle #2 pushing it into vehicle #3. One person is complaining of neck pain.
