LYNDEN, Wash. — Puget Sound Energy (PSE) reports a power outage began about 10pm last night, Thursday, July 6th, in the Lynden area. At the time of the initial outage, over 1,700 customer addresses were impacted.
As of 5am, July 7th, the number of PSE customer addresses impacted remained at over 1,150.
PSE cites “equipment failure” as the cause of the outage.
As of 5:30am, PSE’s estimate for restoring power to the remaining addresses is 7:30am.
Update: As of 11:45am, PSE estimates power will be restored by 1:30pm.
